Could I have a headcanon platonic! Alastor,Vox and Husk finding a random child next to their dead mother, except that they don't really understand that she's dead and think she's sleeping,so they pity the child and take them in?

The child is really polite and nice,pretty calm,too. Sure,they do child stuff,like running around,being excited,etc,but they still are more calm than others.

They always talk about their mother,how she's the only one left,and how they love her.

Would the characters say the truth? Would they lie?

I just love hurt/comfort and platonic relationships so :3

• but it seemed you ended up favoring him more than the rest

• you’d follow him around like a duckling—a lost puppy—you’re attached to him like a leech

• and you’re so well-behaved, too

• up until he leaves your sight

• he actually leaves the hotel a lot more often now because of that

• he finds you wrecking chaos in the hotel entertaining as hell

• and the fact that the others beg him to come back to calm you down

• I don’t think you would ever know what happened to your mother

• even when you talk about her a lot

• those rambles never really prompt him to say anything

• well, it’s not as if he knew what happened to her

• Husk was fucking spooked when he found you lying beside your dead mother

• not because of the corpse, but because of the way you were staring at him

• with eyes dull and wide open, just like your mother

• while Husk wouldn’t have given two shits if it was a grown-ass adult, you were a child

• so he took you in

• “But what about my mother?”

• “Shi—I, uh—your momma will tag along soon. Now c’mon. She wouldn’t want you out here alone.”

• since Husk is constantly around the hotel, there were never really instances where you wreaked havoc

• you just silently watch him tend the bar and sometimes talk about your mother

• your talks about how much you love her make him feel pretty guilty for some reason

• but he’d probably tell you when you’re older enough

• only if you were asking him about her though

• he wouldn’t want to have to sit you down and tell you something that sensitive of a topic when you didn’t even ask

• “Why don’t I have a mother?” you would suddenly ask when you turned 18

• today was your birthday. Charlie insisted on having a little party for you just like every year. But you didn’t want one; you wanted to be with Husk for the day

• the man in question sighed

• he knew you were building up the courage to ask all day

• “I’m gonna give it to you straight, kid, I don’t know what exactly happened to her. All I know is that she’s in a better place.”

• so, uh, I’m going to have to completely skip the taking you in part with Vox because I genuinely cannot see him adopting a random child (unless he could gain something, but, like, you’re just a kid)

• based on the way he handled Val’s tantrum, I think it’s safe to assume that he’s somewhat good with children

• but he’s a pretty busy guy

• he doesn’t have the time to take care of a random child, so he’d make sure to keep an eye on you on his cameras

• but despite that, your existence in the tower warrants his

• as you’re too chaotic whenever he isn’t around

• but only around the other expendable employees

• you’re relatively well-behaved when Velvette and Valentino are with you

• but he doesn’t exactly trust them to take care of you

• they aren’t exactly good with children

• so he tried doing video calls

• you will definitely grow up as an iPad kid

• he’d hear you talk about your mom during those calls

I wanted to draw Wars with a dragon.

Somehow, from drawing Warriors on the battle field with a dragon to represent his spirit… it became Warriors having a pet dragon… and finally, it became Wars having a dragon as his adoptive mom.

Lore behind this idea!!! (It’s sad)

Warriors wasn’t raised by a dragon. He has his own human family but he also has met this dragon, who decided to adopt him, becoming her family as well.

Dragons are respected in Hyrule, they are killed only if they become dangerous for cities and for the environment. Dragons are also hunted for their skin and horns ,which is illegal, and the babies are caught to be selled in the black market.

Scylla (mama dragon) once lived in the wild with her baby in the forest. She had lost her companion during an attack from poachers, during which she also lost her left from leg, but she saved their baby.

They got attacked a second time, she was injured severely (she lost her left wing as well) and she couldn’t protect her baby, who was taken away.

The poachers left her there, since they where just after the baby and skinning a dragon is to much work.

She would have died from her injuries, if it wasn’t that Captain Link came across her while returning from a mission (this is before the war btw). Wars, as all the Links, loves animals a lot so he organised an operation to save her a bring her to a safe place.

Poaching dragons is a big issue in Wars’ Hyrule, so they actually have a few structures to save help the ones that they find. One of these in Castletown.

Wars will go to visit Scylla often. Scylla will grow attached to him, he has the spirit of a young stubborn dragon which reminds her of her own baby, in the end it will be clear that she has adopted him.

Warriors isn’t unhappy about it, he calls her mama because he knows she likes it.

When Scylla is healed, Wars helps her find a cave where she can stay that is close to the town, so Wars can visit her.

When Wars goes through the portal and meet the other heroes, Scylla is worried but her "mama’s instincts" tell her that her second son is fine, so she just wait for his return.

This is their first reunion, where he also introduce her to the heroes

Some Slipping through my Fingers headcanons (is it a hc if it's my story? Wouldn't lore be more accurate? Does it matter?):

Athena's first crafting-related hobby was embroidery from when Hera gave her an old project to occupy her with way back. She always kept that hobby, but she's switched to weaving more since she has her official domain to distance herself from her childhood.

Athena and Ares spent a pretty long period living in a palace with their parents before Hephaestus built their own palaces. Little Ares had a proper "Do you want to build a snowman?" phase with his older sister. Athena may or may not have soundproved her door for a while against his knocking (Mean, mean owl. XD Also peak sibling behavior)

Athena refused to settle down in Lake Tritonis for the longest time. She held onto hope that she'd be taken back to Olympus soon. She started training hard to be good enough to be allowed back, and feels extra guilty because Pallas' death gave her exactly that, though only once she didn't want it anymore.

Athena is actually not Zeus' eldest daughter, she's just the oldest he claimed. Persephone was born very very soon after the Titanomachy. (teen pregnancy go brr) and neither he nor Demeter like to talk about it.

Hephaestus has a necklace with a peacock pendant that Athena left with him when she brought him to mortal family to raise. It was the same pendant Hera gave her when she was younger to remind her she was always loved.

Aphrodite was washed up on the shore near Olympus in a shell a lá Birth of Venus. Nobody knows exactly how she ended up in the sea, not even herself.

Ares likes the smell of  olives but not the taste. (Yes he gives them to Athena)

Hera's animal form is a white peafowl (wedding dress birb fr), not a "common" female peacock. She does keep the peacock color scheme for herself tho cos it's pretty.

Post-Triton Athena only very rarely goes completely armorless outside of sleeping. That doesn't mean she always wears a full set, but she does mostly wear something on her torso at least. Something non-metal like leather would already be considered casual. 

Athena called Metis "Mama", so she would never consciously call anyone else that, even when she was younger. She got to calling Hera "Mom" tho (Hera cried a little. All her kids, bio or adopted, call her Mom btw), post-Triton, Athena calls Hera by her name. She addresses Zeus by "father", but refers to him as Zeus when speaking about him. When she feels extra like hurting herself, she'll refer to Hera as "your mother" around her siblings.

I love the new lore you add to lucia . You say that in this ,she gets at least 3 romantic interest . Is Jason one of them? And what the relationship between them in this new au? I remember that in the old one ,Lucia really hate him because of his eyes? Is it still the same? And what qjason think about Lucia before and after the accident (i'm really curious of what may be this accident btw!)

I remind again that "Lucia" is just a placeholder name, like, if any of you have ever played otome games or something like that, you've seen that the main character always has a default name unless you change it to add yours, or whichever. Here is the same. She's the Neglected! Daughter officially, and her name can be either Lucia or whatever you have in your head. It's just easier for me like this because I don't really self-insert in stories, I always read them imagining another character in my place, but moving on.

In the new au there are three Darlings: Wife! Darling, Neglected! Daughter and Female! Twin, who's actually Lucia's younger half-sister. They have the same mom, but different dads. There's also Marco, the Male! Twin, but he's only a Platonic Darling...for now. The whole batfam will become platonic yanderes for the four of them eventually, but there are a few whose "yandereism" runs deeper than platonic depending of the Darling. Like, Bruce is definitely more than platonic with his wife, but they have a complicated story and it'll get a while before he reaches that stage, but yeah. There's nothing platonic on how he views her. The neglected daughters, tho, i'll leave it you to guess..but what I meant by three romantic interests was this. That there are now three Darlings instead of just the Neglected Daughter mc, and therefore, there will be more than one romantic yandere at least.

I admit Jason was an option in my head at the beginning for the romantic yanderes, but currently, i have other plans for him. He'll still be a yandere though, just not romantic. Unless I change my mind. But his role will be very relevant when it comes to the Darlings.

Now on Jason's opinion about his "sister" (i don't know if they're stepsiblings, adopted siblings or pseudo siblings so meh), let's say it was awkward. She arrived with her mom and younger siblings at Wayne manor a year after his death, because their mother caught Bruce in a vulnerable state during that time and managed to strike a deal with him, surprise surprise. She heard of Bruce Wayne's dead ward, but since she never met him, neither had a strong opinion on the boy...until he came back. He saw Lucia from afar while he was spying the manor, already having heard of Bruce's mysteriously rushed marriage and his newly discovered daughter. He observed them, but since she wasn't the one carrying the Robin mantle nor heavily involved with Batman's bussiness anyway, he didn't pay her much mind. In fact, it was the mother who caught his attention first. The way she handled her children, the adoration in her eyes and how gentle she was with them...something squeezed his heart at the sight. Something he didn't dare to name. He definitely spent more times that he should've stalking watching them from the shadows.

When he somewhat "reconciled" with the family and started showing up at the manor, he was briefly introduced to the Wife and her kids. Of course he already knew them, but they didn't. She was polite but distant with him (i mean c'mon he was declared dead by everyone and now he's back with a reputation stained in blood, she was wary to say the least). Lucia didn't know what to make of him, she was confused. She was told he died brutally, only having seen photos Alfred showed her of his time as Robin, and now he's back looking like an entirely different person, apparently resurrected. She's shocked. She's curious. And a bit intimidated, but seeing her mom regard him without fear, she does the same. Since she's already experienced her fair share of Batfam's neglect and straight up coldness, she's not really expecting to bond with Jason. She's given up on trying.

Jason is...complicated. He's still adapting to his new life. He struggles with emotions. He's constantly torn between hating and loving Bruce. He misses his family. He resents them. He wants to be back with them. He can't stand being in the manor sometimes.

He's too busy dealing with his demons and connecting with the team again to notice the new civilian members of the household. While he's the only person besides Alfred that doesn't outright resent Wife! Darling (in fact he has mad respect for her for what she did, for not being afraid of him, and everytime he looks at her he can only see the loving mother he used to watch from afar), he doesn't go out of his way to bond with her or the kids. Even thought there are times when he catches Lucia reading alone in the library, holding the same books he likes, that he feels the urge to reach out to her and ask her what she thinks of it. When he sees her working out at the gym when no one else is there, he wants to go and give her pointers. There are times when he catches her by herself, instead of laughing with her small family, and she looks so lonely and lost that, for a brief second, he relates. He sees himself, alone and discarded, left to pick herself up over the crushing feeling of being abandoned, unloved....and then he sees her mom finding her and the girl's face inmediately lights up, running to her mother, and suddenly the picture in his head is broken.

She's not him. Not really. She actually has people on her back loving her and supporting her. She's not alone. Not like he was.

And he hates her a bit for it. For being innocent, for not having had to bleed and suffer to be seen, for enjoying a life of luxury without death or constant violence, for having a mother that clearly loves her and still having the guts to look lonely sometimes. Like she doesn't have anything, while she already has more than he was allowed to.

It's childish, he knows, and completely unreasonable, but he can't help bump her a bit too hard when he passes by her at hallways, purposedly acting as if she's invisible. Shoving her a bit too strongly out of the way. Teasing her too much, and not in a friendly way. Later, he feels like shit for it and tells himself he's being a pathetic child, but really, has he ever stopped being one? No, has he ever been allowed to be one?

In his eyes, she and her family are the only normal ones in the manor, untouched and untainted by the violence and darkness that runs in this family, in this city. At least, that's what they look like..So like his relationship with his family, he's conflicted. On one hand, he wants to bond, to reach out to her and maybe be part of their bubble. She's just a kid, and she seems tough enough for them to get along. Then the pettiness and jealousy comes back, and he's being rude again. He's a mess.

Lucia, obviously, doesn't read minds, so she can't understand why the fuck he goes from being kinda an asshole with her to stare her awkwardly from afar, standing like a statue. She doesn't like him, and prefers to stay far from him because she doesn't know which mood he'll be in. Although, if you asked her, she'll still choose to be in a room with him over Damian or Dick. She dislikes Jason, but she hates those two.

After the unfamous "accident" I still haven't dwelled on, well. I won't reveal much because it would make this post too long, but let's just say Wife! Darling is kinda the opposite of Bruce in terms of morality, and which side of the law she plays in, and her children follow her footsteps, all behind batfam's backs. Since she arrived as Bruce's wife, she never shared a bed with him. They've been living in the other wing of the manor, the one opposite to the where the Batfam sleeps, in which it used to be the staff's rooms. Now it's just Alfred. For years, they've been leading separate lives from the Batfam and barely crossing paths unless it was for the sporadic dinners where they were all present and the spaces they all share (living room, the main hall, the gardens), having only Alfred as fellow roommate. Until Lucia has an accident, one that sends her straight to the hospital, and it involves a bomb. Of course, it makes it to the news, and everyone knows Bruce Wayne's stranged daughter has been hospitalised with important injuries as collateral damage from a bomb.

Thing is, she wasn't supposed to be there. Her presence near the bomb is directly related to her mom's not-so-legal affairs, but obviously, they can't tell anyone that, so they make a whole show that Neglected! Daughter ran away from home after an argument with Wife! and ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time.

But the Batfam are detectives for a reason, and they all smell something off here, specially Bruce. Suddenly, they're hit with the realisation that they've been, for all intents and purposes, sharing a roof with complete strangers for years. They know nothing of these people, never bothered to because "they were just civilians", nothing to do with their mission. Only regular civilians don't usually find themselves that close to a hidden bomb and still live to tell the tale. And the story isn't adding up. The argument, the runaway stunt, the timing, it all feels wrong. Like they're missing something huge and obvious, but can't put their finger what.

And so Bruce decides to pull an infurating move to solve this, very typical of him, by the way: He arranges for the whole family to be moved from their wing into the same as the Batfam, so they can secretly keep an eye on them and figure out what are these "civilians" hiding. By forcing them to stay in their sights and share space with them, the Batfam expects them to break and accidentally expose whatever they're hiding.

After the accident, Jason looks at Lucia differently. He's seen her in the hospital bed (when no one else was there ofc), bandaged and unconscious. Then he sees her at the manor, still recovering but to his surprise, she doesn't seem at all bothered or shaken by what happened, more like...annoyed. And now they all been forced to move and become roommates with the batfam, and Jason witness for the first time those perfect civilians' masks crack. He doesn't comment it with the others, but he has seen Lucia's eyes spark with fury when their backs are turned, because of her new living arrangements. She nods at Dick but scowls silently the second his back is turned. She navigates this new change with the cold, silent frustration of someone who just had her plans for the evening ruined...and he's curious. But also feels...down. Because now he notices he's missed crucial hints in front of him the whole time. Because the way she handles her near-death experience like it's just another Tuesday isn't normal. Because while they play their parts, the four of them are obviously tense and on defensive mood, as if the Batfam are enemies they have to be on constant alert with.

And he realises something dark has been going with these family the whole time, something dangerous, and none of them knew. They didn't even suspect it.

4 jayvik kids, and Caitvi + timebomb cousins, I like to think that all these kiddos know each other and grew up in nice household and constantly hanging out like one big happy family. Like when you go to spend the weekend at your aunt's house and all the cousins are there? Yeah.

Kiddos in order:

-Naph and Amaranthine Talis (10) (2nd set of jayvik twins)

-Vi and Jinx where both pregnant at the same time (their due date being separate by around 3 to 4 months with Jinx being the first of the sisters to go into labor) (this also helped both sisters to bond as they would call each other or just meet up to chat and complain about pregnancy together, Vi usually saying she couldn't wait to be able to drink a beer again and both of them laughing at each other's weird pregnancy cravings)

-Jinx and Ekko's kid is non binary. Both EKKO and Jinx taught their kid how to style and braid their hair. And they spend a lot of time painting together as a family. Very artistic household

- Vi and Cait only have a son for now, he is trans (same as Caitlyn who I headcanon as a trans woman) but the couple are talking about potentially having or adopting a second.

-When Ultraviolet came out to his mom's he was scared but he was met with nothing but love. At this time Cait revealed that she was trans and that gave U.V (U.V is Ultraviolet's nickname btw) the confidence to start his own transition journey. He specifically requested that Aunty Jinx cut his hair for the first time and she did. Vi took pictures of the entire process and kept it on a picture album

-Moving a bit into the Jayviks kids. The twin genes run through Jayce's side of the family. I headcanon that Jayce's dad had a twin brother but Jayce and his uncle where never close since Jayce's dad passed away. He showed up to the funeral, offered monetary support from time to time and would always send Jayce and Ximena gifts from his travels for Christmas. For baby Jayce it was too painful to see his uncle as it always reminded him of his dad.

-Ximena herself though she was going to have twins but it just turned out that Jayce was a very cute, very healthy big baby with the cutest chubby cheeks ❤️ Alas, the twins genes passed down to the next generation of Talis kids with two identical twin girls (Fortuna and Temperance, named after tarot cards as Viktor suggested) and then they had Naph and Ama.

i'm ready to accept silco knowing her, but even then for me he separated from the group at least before powder was born or not long after. jinx is just a random child for him when he takes her in

or else what the hell was that with willingness to kill children of your friend? wtf? and then feeling bad and adopting one of them? but still trying to kill another when it turnes out she survived?

what a fucked up sitution that barely make sense it would be. also it would take so much from his relationship with jinx and their tragedy

so yeah, now that i reminded of this stupid plottwist i make a deliberate choice to ignore it forever. and i think before that my mind just made the choice for me, cause until i saw that one post talking about how silco probably knew the girls in the beginning of the show i was still sure he just knew their mother....

Warning: long post 😊😅 (also, I'm so sorry for the delay, I've been sleep deprived for the last two to three days because my insomnia and depression made comebacks, but I'm better now)

She reminds me so much of my own mom-

My mom adopts my friends, and no one has any say in it, while my dad encourages her 😭👍🏼

I absolutely love her relationship with all of them. While it's given that Peem will talk about Phum, Q has talked about Toey too, and it's quite obvious that Peem and his og group of friends have visited quite often before. She asks no question, and is so comfortable with them that they don't hesitate for a second to introduce their boyfriends. This is maybe not realistic (I'm pretty sure my mom while very similar wouldn't be this accepting) but it's very in line with this show, and I really like it.

GIVE ME MORE ACCEPTING PARENTS IN BL!!!

I am 100% sure that for a moment there, Phum's brain short circuited 😭

I mean, just look at it from his perspective. The boy he's head over heels for talks about him like this to his mom. If it were me, I'd be having an existential crisis right there, he has much more self control than me.

I'll be living here, in this moment for the next 1000 years, thanks for asking.

Also, I don't usually talk about these, but on Phum's t-shirt, it says "ALWAYS FORWARD NO TURNING BACK" which is very relevant here because Peem helps him see a future, and to enjoy the present as it comes back. He's slowly but surely leaving his scarred past behind.

The realization that this is what a real family is supposed to look like, that he'll probably never have this with his own parents.

But then- then he realizes that now he can have this. He can have Peem, and a family full of love and sit in the midst of his brother and his friends and Peem's friends and be accepted and loved.

Maybe he can't have this with his own parents, but he can have this with Peem, and that for him, is already far more than he could have ever imagined.

I just love that addition 😭😂

Peem is absolutely incapable of not calling Phum some version of "idiot (affectionate)" and I adore him for it. <33

This reminds me of such a funny story-

So. We went to visit this historical building (note: historical) and the stairs leading up were naturally kind of steep and broken. It was very crowded, so it was four or five teams/families to one guide. We went up slowly, but since the guide was obviously very used to it, he went up faster, and was waiting for us at the landing. So one couple asked how he got there so fast, and he jokingly said "I took the lift" and the man was like "Why didn't you tell us before?? One of us [I don't remember who he said] just had knee surgery!" and the rest of us were just staring at him like ???? are you listening to yourself- 😶

My parents and I laugh about it to this day 😭😂 (this was almost 8 years back OH GODS SAYING THAT MADE ME FEEL SO OLD-)

So I found another AU. And guess what.

It’s one of the most angsty shits I’ve ever came up with.

Guardian Angel AU.

Lucifer is a winner who died with his family in a car accident when he was 14. (Let’s ignore the fact that Lu’s parent is God and throw two random parents. He had a twin brother, Michael and a sister, Charlie.) And they went to Heaven.

Lucifer rose in status and became a Guardian Angel, whose job is to go and help people who SH themselves or people who thinks about oofing themselves. They have timers in Heaven which shows the time left to save these people.

One day, they give him a “To Be Saved” list and he sees his childhood friend, Adam there. They were neighbors until Lucifer moved away when he was 12. Adam lowkey had a crush on him but didn’t realize. He chose him as his next job.

Why does Adam want to oof himself? Let me tell you. Also this is the part with the most tw’s.

Starting from the beginning, Adam’s mental health took damage for the first time when he had a you-know-what relationship with someone named Steve, who was 2 years older than him. He fell in depression. Sera, his adoptive mother, didn’t want to take him to a psychiatrist (Because he’s just being dramatic and should get up and be a man) but Emily, his stepsister insisted, so he did see a doctor and got help. They gave him a medicine to help him heal. (Maybe Xanax)

Also he had to use Vicodin aswell at one point. This’ll be relevant I swear.

Years and years later, he met with Eve. And they had kids when they were both. 20. They got married because their parents forced them and moved to another state, where they opened their small farm. They had twin boys, Cain and Abel btw.

Adam thought maybe, even though they had a rocky start, he could live happily now with his family. But…

Cain killed Abel when they were 14. And he went to juvie.

Adam and Eve broke up after this, with Eve blaming it all on Adam. She got almost all their properties in court, sold them and moved to another country, telling Adam she never wanted to see his stupid face or be associated with someone like him.

Hopeless, Adam contacted his mom. Oh God I wish he didn’t.

Sera too blamed him for everything and disowned him, calling him a murderer because he was supposed to be the father of his kids and raise them properly. It wouldn’t have happened if he just did a better job at raising them. She refused to help him because “he was a grown ass man, he wasn’t a baby”

Emily was in another country as well, she went there for education and stayed there. Sera lied about what Adam did and made him look like the devil himself. So Emily thinks her mom is right to disown him.

Adam stayed at a small apartment for a while, but he couldn’t even afford the rent, so he was going to be thrown at the streets until a “superhero” came and saved him.

Alastor. His step cousin.

Alastor paid the rent, and even bought Adam a house, saying “He can take care of him until he’s fine again”. But as you may have guessed, of course that’s not his intention.

He gave Adam the same pills the doctors gave to Adam when he was a kid. Saying it’d ease the pain. And they did. But..

He became addicted. To both Xanax and Vicodin. He kept buying them from two weirdos named Vox and Velvette, who were actually helping Alastor.

Speaking of Alastor.. He thinks he can do any physical harm to Adam since he saved his ass. He visits him once every three weeks and gladly reminds him how much of a desperate piece of shit he is.

Slowly, Adam became addicted to tequila as well.

Adam slowly became a bit like a hermit, never leaving his house for days and always ordering stuff there.

Phew. With that’s out of the way I can continue.

So Lucifer disguises himself as Adam’s neighbor and does his job the best he could.

What he didn’t expect was to fall in love with him. He couldn’t help it. Adam did as well.

It was forbidden for an angel to love a human but Lucifer didn’t care. Adam literally lived Hell on Earth and deserved someone.

But one day another angel reported this. His ex, Lilith, a heaven born angel.

I’ll get to it later. It has much more stuff.

JESUS CHRIST. NOW THAT IS LOADED.

Well! That whole traumatic backstory seems very on par with what would happen to him tbh, plus the extra Alastor stuff, oof, yeah that's a lot.

The part that stings the most is definitely still the part about his children, but wow he's having not a good time.

You know this kinda reminded me of the youtube pilot Welcome to Hell (super recommend it btw), it has basically the opposite premise to this LOL because its a boy that is tasked to make other people want to end their lives, but then ends up becoming friends with the boy that he's supposed to torment.

Very interesting AU, having Lucifer as a guardian angel is <3<3<3<3<3 love that a lot!

I think it'd be a nice off screen past time that Alejandro info dumps to Heather and she's at least partially listening! The dynamic kind of reminds me of Phineas and Ferb's parents in a sense where the dad infodumps to the mom and she just listens + enjoys it(❁´◡`❁) I LOVE that dynamic btw! It's such an endearing dynamic that to find it in my fav tdi ship is so sweet (to me at least!)

Since Alejandro is taking the place of Sierra in this au, I thought it'd be sweet that he also adopted her hobby of glitter glue crafts. You know who also has a hobby of glitter glue crafts?! HEATHER💥

I'd think in one of Alejandro's off screen infodumps, he talks about his hobby of glitter glue crafts, the techniques and brands related to the aforementioned to Heather! She'd slip out some of her knowledge and love for it, OR she immediately starts rambling back about glitter glue crafts!!

Another hc incoming!!

Since Heather always has her hair up in a ponytail in the main series, I thought a nice way to show her trust is with her hair! In general her hair has always been something special to her, that's why she fought for a wig in season 2. Since an AMAZING amount of value is placed on her hair, her showing her trust to Alejandro through her hair would be a nice way to visually show she trusts him! Alejandro basically the only genuine bond she's shown to make in the series, canon and in the fic, so I think the swap hcs make it just all the more sweet (/▽＼) !! In a way, since to Swap-ejandro Heather is just a celebrity crush, this sort of interaction deepens their relationship and his feelings beyond just a celeb crush (❁´◡`❁)

NOW FOR THE LAST HC!

This one isn't an Aleheather hc, but moreso a hc focused on Swap-ejandro's appearance! I think that as a trade off, he's not as physically built as canon Alejandro but instead taller compared to him (which is scary considering canonically Alejandro is 6 ft..) Since he's in the place of Sierra in this AU, he probably has enough strength to fight off baboons, he probably just has a hidden build! In general, Sierra and Alejandro in this AU had their skills and personalities swapped, so as a result their backstories technically were too with some small tweaks! I think this AU has been fun to make a bunch of hcs in, congrats if u got to the end of me convulsively info dumping about my hcs on the awesome au (lll￢ω￢) !

OC || Introductions

hello my darlings!! I've really been wanting to introduce a few of my main characters to you all!! I was thinking of possibly doing headcanons/oneshots/drabbles in the future! (May be purely self-indulgent but we'll see) That being said, This is basically a very brief intro and info dump about each character. So let's get started!!

All characters and art belong to me!! Like I've said before I'm an artist and draw scenes and characters. I have a shit ton of art of all these guys that I'd love to share if anyone's ever interested!

Night

I've had her the longest, I made her several years ago. She's literally just a self-insert for EVERYTHING I enjoy sshejwka. But on another note! This is Night, she's a humanoid griffin hybrid (griffins being the mythological beast, half eagle half lion). She's very sweet and friendly. She's so mom-coded omg. Like she'll bake you little treats, makes sure your dressed for the weather, and reminds you of things you need to get done.

She has this locket around her neck that she keeps close to her. This is because it contains her "soul" or "spirit" inside of it. Every griffon has one, and it's what helps her to transform. Which btw shapeshifterrrr. Her true form being that of an actual griffin. She's a gentle giant though don't worry.

Tom

I know what you're thinking and no, he's not related to Bill Cipher. Tom is a 25-year-old art college student. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy, and very easily irritated. He's a fine arts major and does a lot of painting. He HATES his roommate (there's literally nothing wrong with him he's so nice and friendly, tom is just a dick). He's got a pet snake!! He's a hognose named Poncho! He's a total stonerrrrrrr, it's the only time he'll be chill honestly.

He and his roommate live in a city style apartment, on the first floor, complete with a basement. Unbeknownst to his roommate, Tom has a secret black market business selling organs to dealers. The basement is where he does all the harvesting, it strictly prohibited for anyone to go down there. It makes hella money though, which he uses to help pay his tuition (art college is expensive!)

Orphan btw. His mom is Night actually (an adoptive relationship) She loves and cares about him very much, the same goes for him. He usually acts more behaved if she's around.

Roman

Roman is, well he's a--thing?? creature?? I haven't decided in all honesty but he's dangerous. He travels all across the country, making sure to be well hidden. He's a serial killer oop. His signature weapon being a bowie knife. Bros got some major sadistic and animalistic tendencies. Eats his victims btw. He can't rly show his face in public, and the mans gotta eat right??

He likes to hunt. His victims are essentially "prey" to him, and he does so enjoy the thrill of a chase. He's got a looooooong tongue (as you can see) he's accidently bitten it once or twice with those sharp teeth of his. Has a tail as well, yk what espeons tail looks like? yea it's like that. His ears are sensitive btw he doesn't like them being touched.

Can never stay in one spot for too long, constantly on the move, he's got great stamina and can run for quite a long time.

Damien

WOOO. RUFFmEOW. BIG STRONG MAN LETS GO RAGHHH. ya so this is Damien. As you can tell I love him very much and I'm so very normal about him. He's an incubussss (sex demon basically). Literal definition of a Himbo. He's a big beefy guy who's wholesome and sweet, despite his line of work.

Super flirty, and also hypersexual. It's what he feeds off of, and how he regenerates and gets his magic. which btw, he can be summoned!

He's got a looot of body hair, happy trail for dayysss! Also has a bunch of peircings, snake bites on his face, and nipple peircings on his pecks. He's got numerous scars littered all over his body too. He's really sweet an attentive, as well as respectful! What more could you want in a man??

Alecto

BIG WOMAN. she's literally just my "villain" version of Night, however she's not a self-insert. I gave her, her own story and lore. She's the main antagonist in an animated series I'm creating. Her name is based of the Mythological woman "Alecto" Who was a fury of the underworld, she symbolizes rage and spreads it across the world.

She's very quick to anger. "hot-headed" (Pun-intended). The back of her hair is literally fire, and it can grow and change depending on her mood. Those gauntlets on her arms are strong AF and razor sharp, you do not want to get on her bad side. Ngl, she kinda feral at times, yk how Miguel O'Hara literally ran on all fours to chase after Miles Morales??? Yea she does that.

She's evil muehahshegsh, but also classy. She's also really tall!!! like about 8'6'' DAYUM. she'll crush you.

annnndd thats a wrap!! These are the main Oc's that I adore and use on a regular basis, they each hold a special place in my heart. I rly would love to do occasional drabbles or head canons with my babies at some point, but I'm not sure anyone would read/enjoy them 😭

By the way loved the explanation, makes sense. But I would love to hear more about Ingwe and his adopted relationship to thranduil.

Especially your opinion on how would have thranduil reacted seeing how ingwe turned out? in the sense that in valinor he was all “pease,art,music and the serving the valar”.

Also do you think if given the chance to return to middle earth after going to valinor, the we’s would have returned? And would they have brought their children with them?

So, first things first: little reminder that everything i have to say is about my au, and is not always canon compliment.

So Ingwe actually calls Thranduil his ada. If you ever hear him talking about his Ada he means thranduil. And everytime someone tries to interfere and say “don’t you mean ingen?” After they started living in valinor (ingen and Alehalen(ingwe’s mom) went with the vanyar) ingwe point blank tells them no, they aren’t his parents.

It’s actually a point of tension, bc valinor elves don’t really understand the concept of adoption, just like they don’t really deal with divorce/remarrying/everything that happened between miriel and finwe. So a lot of elves don’t actually acknowledge that Ingwe has disowned Ingen and Alehalen. Including his younger sister Indis, who was born in valinor (yes, in this au indis is his sister) and his wife, who keeps insisting that he should mend his relationship with them.

And thranduil just treats him like he came from his body. Which isn’t difficult bc Ingwe and Lasgen could be twins tbh. Lasgen and Ingwe are genuinly close, btw, and will call each other “twin”. Thranduil is, however, ready to throw down with Ingen and Alehalen the moment he catches even the faintes whif of them treating him like shit. It was a lot of comforting a crying elfling way back when. Tbh, because custody arrangements and such didn’t really exist then, Ingwe actually just generally spent a lot of time with thranduil and his family, especially as he became older.

This actually what kind of kickstarted the bad blood between the two families. I mean, when ingen ding-dong-ditched thranduil, they were annoyed but moved on oretty quick (especially when they don’t think that loosing Ingen was any real lose) but the way ingen proceeded to treat his kids, and the way in which thranduil “stole” his sone from him really sparked the fire between the two families. Which is why ingwe doesn’t understand how Finwe, who is a Miriel simp, could possibly cheat on her with Indis, of all elves.

It’s complicated. And the drama started long before the Miriel/Finwe/Indis debacle was even thought up, though most elves don’t realize it/forgot.

So, idk if you know this, but i joke on here that Ingwe “started a cult” to deal with his emotions/gain power. Except then he lost control of the cult. To his parents. And sister. And wife. And to an extent his son. Yeah Ingwe’s just having a bad time. He also is very scared that after the thousands of years since he’s seen thranduil that thranduil no longer thinks of him as his son.

Dw, the moment thranduil is in valinor (through whatever means that may be) he pretty much immediately tracks down his long lost son and demands he comes for a family diner all while hugging the stuffing out of him. Thranduil genuinly wouldn’t care how Ingwe turned out as long as he’s happy and not an ass. Sadly, it’s sad vanya elf hours and ingwe’s been lowkey miserable for millenia and this 👌 close to snapping.

The thing about cuivienen elves, is that in general, i think, they deserve to have their own classification bc, by virtue of being the ones who discovered everything/created society/etc. they all have their wires crossed. And it’s not that they dislike peace, but most of them feel a bit stiffled in valinor. Furthermore, i feel like they feel at least a little disassociation with other vanya/teleri/noldor born elves bc cuivienen elves didn’t actually grow up in that culture, and a lot of those distinctions between elven ethnicities happened after they were kids. They feel a little lost, a little out of place at times.

I actually hc that none of the we’s were actually planning to stay in valinor or lead their people but somehow ended up in that role anways and they’re kinda pissed about it. They just wanted to explore, ok, they did not know it meant signing up to be king.

I feel like all of them want to return to middle earth, if they get the chance, but they also don’t want to abandon their people/families, nd they feel it would be unfair to ask it of their families, when a lot of them are clearly happy in valinor.

In short, in my au, the -we’s feel more or less trapped in their role.

Especially when they have to constantly behave civil, when they’re all a little unhinged. Ingwe’s actually pretty bloodthirsty when it comes down to it. It’s something he shares with Lasgen, Willow (other older sister from another mother) and indis. This drive to be ruthless and almost cruel when dealing with any type of opposition is something they inherited from Ingen, though none (bar indis) likes to acknowledge that that is where they get it from.

Also, just a thought:

Thranduil: *steps foot in valinor*

Ingwe, finwe, elwe, and olwe: finally, an adultier adult.

It’s truly incredible how many Pokémon get away with secret pregnancies. My mudsdale was only found out two weeks before she had eggs because she suddenly refused to stop show jumping (//based on a true story of my mom’s horse!)

we didn't know my boss's mudsdale bertha was pregnant until she laid an egg if it makes you feel better! my boss adopted a zebstrika named whiskey sour, and although she had him gelded, he escaped into bertha's field during the time period when he was still fertile...all of which is to remind you to keep your pokemon isolated from potential mates for a couple of weeks after you have them fixed!

What are your thoughts on Thunder himself, btw?

ughhh I want to like him, I like the IDEA of him, but he sucks just as much as everyone else.

We get our proper introduction to him in Thunder Rising, Book 2, through a magic dream with his dead mom who "Feels Right And Loving" unlike his 'adopted' mom, Hawk Swoop

DOTC HATES adoption. His sole interaction with Jackdaw is finding out that actually he resents him because he suckled from his wife. Incredibly unpleasant

That's not an issue with Thunder himself, exactly, but this series is deadset on concluding Adoption Bad like a moth making a beeline for open flame and this character is used for that purpose.

It is important to remember that characters are storytelling tools... and Thunder is a brush to paint an ugly picture.

So Jackdaw, Hawk, Acorn, and Lightning occupy a shitty space where they're not his family, but closer than friends, with whatever book you're in flipping wildly between these things

Lightning Tail really suffers here because he is most compelling when the series accidentally hates women so much it clips into looking gay. The first time I was legitimately invested in Blazing Star was when LT seemed jealous of Thunder spending time with Star Flower.

And speaking of that; Thunder's romantic relationships are some of the absolute worst in a series that is already rock bottom

Him and Star Flower are not compelling, it's not cute, it's boring. This is slop.

Same with Violet Dawn, who appears out of thin air later to be his wife because god forbid a single member of Clear Sky's family go maidenless

In his early appearances, he's already whining about His Faaather despite Sun Trail closing out on the famous line where Gray Wing announces, "ILL be his father from now on."

It's a huge let down from the previous book, which ends on such a good note. Absolute waste of setup.

That Magic Dead Mom dream, btw, is her saying that one day she'll "Help His Faaaaaaaaaaaather see the good in himself" so right from the get-go, Thunder is set up to be responsible for saving his piece of shit dad.

I can't lie; I think that is a downright evil trope and I'm immediately uncharitable towards any piece of media that peddles it unironically. No, you CANNOT SAVE your abusive parents through being a good child. People who put this in books for minors should choke. In minecraft

So the moments that I LOVE Thunder are when he's rejecting that idea, like in First Battle where he spits at Clear Sky and tells him "I will never be cruel."

THAT'S my favorite Thunder, that's who I wish he was. Someone who cuts through Gray Wing's quibbling to speak the truth, for justice, for righteousness.

But unfortunately that's rarely who he is. Most of the time, he completely unironically swoons and fawns when Daddy Looks At Him.

He is also really bad about towing Gray Wing's line at times, like when he was freaking out that the Moor cats wanted to train for combat as Clear Sky was becoming more violent towards the border, cheering on public 'gladiator' style battles between his own cats

And the constant crying about Self Defense Makes You Just As Bad is insufferable. Which, of course, they've just unceremoniously dropped now that One Eye is an Evil Foreigner who hurt Clear Sky's feelings

The most consistent thing about him is, unfortunately, that he's annoying. He wants Clear Sky's approval and the page has to remind you about this constantly. He joins the same Clear Sky Pity Party that everyone else does in Blazing Star, totally forgetting the first three books where he was an abusive monster completely responsible for every bad thing that happened.

Thunder deserves so much better than this. The writing is a disservice to how complicated and painful it feels when your beloved family loves someone who's bad for them, for you, and for everyone. But unfortunately, DOTC is Clear Sky's story, and every other character revolves around his pathetic "redemption arc."

i feel compelled to provide more sanlaw/lawsan propaganda so please consider the following facts:

Who could be better for Law than the one guy who'll make him fresh onigiri instead of forcing him to eat bread, and won't even tease him for it? (ok maybe a little BUT)

Self-sacrifice kings who are ride and die for their crew. Both of them are willing to run head on into certain death if it means keeping their beloved nakama safe. They'd respect one another's dedication.

Did you see how worried Law was when he found out Sanji had gone to see Big Mom alone...? I did. I saw it. I know what you are, Trafalgar.

Sanji was the only one who knew Law well enough to recognize how dangerous his obsession with Doflamingo was, and wasn't afraid to call him on it. Could it be that Sanji recognised the secret 'north blue childhood trauma via asshole father figure' handshake? Was he maybe a little worried about Law's self-sacrifical trajectory? Perhaps they should kiss about it.

Related: how many times has Law apologized to anyone for anything? Well, he apologized to Sanji for putting him in danger after rescuing him from Doffy and then *princess carried him out of the goddamn sky*. How can we ignore such a romantic rescue?

Of course Sanji returns the favor by carrying him daintily on his shoulder at Wano. And sure, he yells at him for it, but does he push him off? No. I submit to the jury that he is a tsundere of the highest order.

Oh and Sanji apologises to Law (in the anime at least) for snapping at him in Wano, so we're even on the forgiveness score.

Let's also note Law lurking around Sanji's soba stand like a freaking stalker, btw. And of course all the Stealth Black stuff. "I hate Germa!" Law says, trying to pretend he doesn't have the world's biggest nerd boner. I see you Trafalgar!

Sanji calls Law by his first name, at least up til Wano when he adopts the nickname. Nobody else does. Interesting.

I could go on and on, but consider this last point: the most important and beloved person in Law's life was a long-legged, somewhat dorky but fundamentally kind, blond-haired chain-smoker with a vibrant smile (who sets himself on fire). Now, who does that remind you of.............??

Answering your question:

She definitely influences them. I like to think there's an FF7 Gwenna out there making content that Angeal watches religiously. He's right there, cocoa and dressing gown ready, for Every Video.

They all have their own styles and did their own research, but her basic concepts around respect for the kids and gentle parenting are things all the Dads keep in mind. They also bend towards those principles naturally for various reasons.

I didn't set out to make her influence the story, but since I watch her stuff, it's going to bleed over. (My other sources are watching parenting irl, reddit, other fics, that weird phase I had where I got super into adoption for a few years and read a million blogs and things, and my own experiences with kids.)

Excited rambling because I can't help myself:

Angeal is a big fan of Gwenna and gentle parenting. He's also a natural by nature and his experience with Zack. He's not the "fun" parent--he's probably the most strict about everyday and risky things alike. Bedtime is always at bedtime. No playing "yeet the baby as high as you can", even if the giggles are EPIC. Healthy food. Educational field trips.

Sometimes it can be hard for him to let himself or Cloud off the hook for crazy kid stuff, but especially himself, and he needs those reminders from her about taking a deep breath and remembering that it does work. Patience yields focus.

You don't have to and can't be perfect, but you can be the perfect Dad for your kid by loving him and trying your best. And sometimes your best is collapsing on the foldout couch holding onto the baby all night despite what the books say about sleep schedules because your baby needs you.

Genesis respects Cloud and treats him like a small adult because that's how Genesis expects to be treated (minus the small part. Genesis is tall. He is! He just has mammoth friends. Shut up). Genesis also doesn't want to helicopter/tiger mom his baby; he got enough of that growing up and he's over it.

He wants the world to take him seriously, so he offers that same courtesy to Cloud. He offers it to everyone unless they prove themselves to be unworthy, in which case Bitchesis comes out.

He's more likely to risk Cloud's physical and emotional health than Angeal, but less likely to risk Cloud's physical health than Sephiroth. He has no qualms about teaching Cloud the hard way about the ways of the world; if Cloud gets smart with him, he says "bet".

"I cursed at Heidegger because he's a bitch." is a perfectly rational response to Cloud asking why Papa cussed, in Genesis' mind.

Sephiroth strives to do The Opposite of what Hojo did to him, so he treats Cloud as a tiny but respected new recruit SOLDIER under his command. He strives for excellence from both himself and Cloud, but the instant he starts feeling too much like Hojo, he re-evaluates. He tends to be more risky with Cloud's physical safety, because when the bar is set to "don't make a 2yo fight a monster", letting a 4yo handle a weapon doesn't seem like a big deal.

He also feels inadequate and a little out of his depth emotionally with Cloud; to combat this, he regularly seeks advice from Tifa, Angeal, and Zack to understand Cloud and provide appropriate responses.

Zack is definitely one of the funnest dads. His philosophy is to meet Cloud where he's at. Both he and Genesis are great at engaging Cloud's imagination and playing with him, but Zack gets way more into it.

Zack gives Cloud freedom and respect because he's a kid and he deserves to have fun. As long as no one's getting seriously hurt, why the heck not?!

They all drive each other a little batty sometimes with their choices (see: the petting zoo incident + any and all motorcycle outings), but ultimately their main goals are: physical needs fully met, emotional needs fully met, then education and other things. For anyone who's starting or want to how the ketu dasha will be , here's my experience cuz I just finished it a week ago

Born in Saturn MD ( alot of health problems my parents were worried that if I can even make it to the next day doctors gave an ultimatum about me living only for 13 yrs but hey I'm still thriving I'll be 26 this year) . I have a debilitated retro Saturn in 4th 😬

Teenage in mercury MD - alot of confusion, crushes left right , conservative in my approach towards guys , I was basically an air head 🙂 , no strong ambitions or goals but was above average in my studies, fear of abandonment, a super crazy girl wanting a lot of attention from my friends n teachers , I was friends with all but as they say " a friend for all is a friend for none." I had some awesome memories and some sad ones that's life . I don't know why I listened to my elder cousin who was going through some rough times say " every personal decision regarding your life please try to take it after you turn 20/21 yrs " I could've ignored it but it stuck with me ever since and I'm glad I did. My mercury is retrograde in ashlesha btw , even I had a dream that one day I'll marry a good man have lots of children like 6 of which 3 will be the one's I give birth to other 3 will be adopted and we live in a suburban house filled with laughter and happiness with a dog will all my 6 babies oh my! I still smile and feel for my younger naive self but anyway. I cherish my younger self so much and I listen to this song that I dedicate to her is 'so my darling by Rachel chinouriri ' I imagine myself singing this to her who will always be there and I'll be there for her always.

Young adult to Adulthood in ketu MD 😅 for a nodal girlie - depression, lost interest in studies, some how got myself out of it for the sake of my parents who are worried and couldn't do anything about ( I'm so sorry mom & dad , you did what you could . Thankyou for staying patient with me🥹🙏😇) , my father got me an admit in a university which was close to my house , made friends ( found my bestie ) , full of energy, got good marks , garnered attention towards me ( in my university all the faculty still knows my name ) , got into makeup n fashion but would feel empty even when I'm dolled up it was just a momentary happiness and poof!! , out of the blue my bestie one day eloped her longtime bf who's a member of some gang and she faced a lot of hardships, she got to know true side of him and wanted out . After 3 months she contacted me and it took me three days to make her sense n comeback home to her parents who were devastated. Fast forward She's good now 😁 , during my final year I failed almost all my subjects it broke me , later I cleared all of them, family quarrels, I got a complete makeover cut my hair short , got a ton of piercings, got into spirituality , almost lost my father to COVID and my grannies to brain stroke but THANK GOD! Both of them are doing well, shaved my head twice , took all of my piercings out , had an Outer body experience, got into astrology , my father was bankrupt, we lost everything, my granny had a second stroke and hip replacement surgery and now she's completely bedridden and I've been taking care of her 24/7 for 2 yrs , my dad left the house without any information, I'm clearing his debts ,my mom n me are barely make it happen, lost my hope & faith, diagnosed with BPD ,lost interest in men & dating & anything related to love , got rejected 3 times while trying to go abroad to work , got myself out of too much of spirituality, religious things like I was way too deep that I lost myself etc later I understood BALANCE IS THE KEY .

I always remind myself that I'm here on this plane just for my HUMAN EXPERIENCE. so be it . No god , no devil , no right , no wrong , NO more black & white thinking. faith is an important aspect of living it doesn't have to be a god , it could be in you. That's what I did .

Now I'm at a state where nothing phases me anymore. If I get an obstacle or any kind of hindrance on my path I don't cry (too much just a little) but I try to look for the best possible solution and work on it ASAP.

You're soooo strong and sooo resilient 🫶🏼 I admire your tenacity sooo much. I feel like we all live such complex lives and experience such highs and lows that it wouldn't make sense to someone looking from the outside. You've lived 20 different lives already and you've moved through them with grace. I hope going forward you have more prosperous times and make a lot of happy memories 🫶🏼
